Sys-Teams installs and maintains audio video installations all across the country. They approached us to create a website with a support portal, where existing clients can login and report incidents. This notifies the admins so that they can dispatch engineers etc.
The website allows management of clients and keep track of subscriptions. Once a client has been set up with an active account, they can add their offices and users with varying degrees of permissions.
As the requirements were unique, we opted for a fully bespoke solution. We built the website from the grounds up and created our own Content Management System (CMS).
