Design Method

Pelling are pleased to welcome Polly Cantle as our new designer!

Welcome Polly

We are delighted to welcome Polly Cantle to the team at Pelling Marketing by Design. Polly joined us as our new Graphic designer on Tuesday 3rd May, based at our Farnham offices.

Polly will be responsible for design work across a wide range of media, including website design, email campaigns, adverts, brochures and corporate branding.

We are looking forward to Polly joining our skilled and talented team. We’re sure she will settle in well and be a great asset to Pelling.

In welcoming Polly we thought we would ask her a few questions to get to know her better;

What was your job prior to this one?

I used to work for a creative agency in Dummer (near Basingstoke), which specialised in providing creative work for clients in the pharmaceutical industry. The vast majority of what I worked on was print: leave pieces, flyers, magazine ads etc.  However, I was also able to work on designing digital assets, such as apps, websites and interactive presentations.

How do you feel about joining Pelling and how have you settled in so far?

I’m very happy to be joining the team at Pelling! Despite only having joined the company at the beginning of the month, I already feel like a part of the team and have been made to feel very welcome! I’m excited to be working with new clients and to be even more involved in the upcoming projects for 2016.

Likes and dislikes?

I love dogs (I have 5 at home!), singing, karaoke, baking, going out dancing, fancy dress, shopping, TV, film and drawing. I also love music, with Green Day, Ed Sheeran, Adele and Sam Smith being my favourite artists.

Things I don’t like include bees, wasps, may bugs, moths, geese, peas, The Only Way is Essex, ASDA and liquorish.

What do you most enjoy about design?

The thing I love most about design is that I’m constantly learning new things – design trends change often so it’s exciting to learn about these and apply them to my work!

Welcome to the team Polly!
