Discussion
Where possible, we invite the clients to come into the office to meet the team and discuss the website in more detail. This helps us get a better understanding of your requirements and expectations.
Development
Once you’re happy with the designs, we’ll code up the website on our test server. We usually won’t need much from you during this stage, but may get in touch from time to time if we have questions. Once we’re at a stage to show you the website, we’ll send you a link to view and explore the site on our test server.
Design
Our designers will create image-based mock ups of a few of the key web pages. These will be sent to you so that you can review and feedback. We’ll then make the necessary amends and resend for further feedback. We allow 2 rounds of amends, which we find is more than enough for the majority of our clients. Please note that we ask clients to make sure they’re happy with the layout prior to signing off this stage, as it becomes harder to amend once we start coding. Any major changes after this stage may be subject to an additional charge. However we will of course notify you if this is the case prior to proceeding, so that there’s no surprises.
Deployment
After the site has been signed off, we’ll deploy the new site onto your server and run some final tests. Upon completion we do offer a 1 hour training session at our offices to run you through the use of the website.
